If you are a parent or guardian of a child who is a Music, Theatre or Visual Art student at Downers Grove North High School, then you are automatically a member of the DGN Friends of Fine Arts! Friends of Fine Arts support the activities of all our music, theatre and visual art students. Individuals who choose to support the DGN Friends of Fine Arts financially become Contributing Members. Print THIS FORM and complete any time you are submitting cash, check, or charges (or all of the above) for a fundraiser or program. Place in a secure envelope and address to Diana Heppner - FOFA treasurer. Contact Diana at treasurer.dgnfofa@gmail.com to arrange a drop off.
Complete the online form HERE any time you are submitting expenses to be reimbursed for a fundraiser or program. Attach supporting documentation such as receipts, contracts, or agreements using the buttons at the bottom of the form.
